WHAT WE DO

VITAL Biedrība works to promote health, well-being, and preventive health awareness through youth work, non-formal education, and community-based initiatives. The organization designs and implements activities that strengthen individuals’ physical, mental, and social well-being while encouraging healthy lifestyles and informed health choices. Our work includes health education workshops, awareness-raising campaigns, and capacity-building trainings for young people, youth workers, and community members on topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, emotional well-being, physical activity, nutrition, and work–life balance. Using participatory and learner-centered methods, we ensure that our activities are inclusive and accessible, particularly for young people and individuals with fewer opportunities. VITAL Biedrība also actively participates in international cooperation projects, including Erasmus+ youth exchanges, training courses, and transnational partnerships, contributing to the exchange of good practices and the development of innovative educational tools. Through collaboration with local authorities, civil society organizations, health professionals, and educational institutions, we aim to create sustainable initiatives that strengthen health awareness and help build healthier, more resilient, and inclusive communities.
